Phonebooth has launched a free version of it's service targeted at small businesses, freelancers and independent professionals. The video was a key part to a pretty extensive launch strategy, and it served it's purpose very well. We have had close to 30,000 views, I think, and it was posted right to Lifehacker's homepage. We surpassed our goals for sign-ups and views, and we probably had 25+ press pick-ups of our news. I think the video was a great way to engage people, and it is especially good because media will sometimes feature it directly on their site. Very good medium for getting a new tech product out.
