Real Feedback
We used Epipheo for our promotional video having seen some of their others on You Tube. We were delighted with the result. They got their heads around our culture and what we were about very quickly and managed to incorporate this into the video to reflect our mission perfectly. This is noteworthy as our concept is not exactly as easy one to explain. Not only very talented people but problem solvers and came to us with effective solutions.
From an operational point of view they very extremely professional in their approach and communicated with us almost every couple of days to keep us informed of the direction they were taking which was very re-assuring. I worked directly with Stephen and he was a pleasure to deal with. Last but not least they delivered bang on time even though we gave them tight time constraints. We look forward to using them again for the next phase of our company which is going to be a bigger challenge.
